X6 touch screen doesn't work

I just bought the x6 and when I power on, the touch screen work on the top but does not work on below.

Take it back to the store and have them check it and demo it for you. I am sorry but your post is pretty vague. You mean top as the upper portion of the screen? And below as the lower portion?
