X7 with product code 059G561 update problem

I am using X7 with symbian anna 024.001 software version.

 

I checked in the list and found that the symbian belle is available.

When i am trying to update, nokia suite takes a backup and then when the installation starts,

it says that the connection is lost and it goes back to the screen that says now the connection is active and click next to update.

 

That is where it stops.No matter how many times i press next it just doesnot install.

 

Please help.
