the touch screen stopped working so I have no way to connect the PC Suite to save data (phone). Is there a solution, exept change the screen?

What phone are you using, we may able to walk you through it to select PC Suite mode on your device.

I tried just a tool "forensic" called Device Seizure and other alternatives but offer the same as pc suite
you can not connect if not choose pc suite or pc sync on the device -.-"

I'd settle for copy phone contacts to sim, is really all I need
there is a way?
