nokia x3-02 touch complaint.

i have a huge problem with my x3-02 after updating it to RM639 07.16 firmware. Now i cant even open the menu.kinetic scrolling makes it more uneasy.even slide to unlock is not working.

reinstall the firmware & when restoring the back up do not restore settings. If the problem persists contact the nearest Nokia care center in your area.

Press the screen hard and make a "massage" to the screen for 5 seconds. If it works write back.
