Are you receiving any specific error when trying to play youtube videos?

Is the application not working or are you trying to view via Web browser?

Please try plug your device into Nokia Suite via USB, back up your device and reinstall the phone software.

Video streaming is not supported on those Nokia devices that has dual SIM.
