unable to send sms from x7

hi, im unable to send sms from my x7 n its almost a week now

messages go to outbox n then they r never sent, resend time keeps on changing but the message stays in the outbox

i tried restarting the phone n it worked at the beginning but now its of no use

i also restored the factory settiings but after sending 3 sms it got stuck again 

please help

Have you checked the message centre number?
