Hi,

Please try to reset the factory settings.

Do not forget to back up your personal data, otherwise it will be deleted.

It is worth to check sw version of your phone and see if any new sw available.

Re: x3-02 .Remove cable or connect a device to continue

will restoring factory settings really delete data from the phone? That doesn't sound right.

A backup is definitely necessary for a FW update though. I think it's about time Nokia added the soft reset code to it's 'dumbphones'

Re: x3-02 .Remove cable or connect a device to continue

Hi,

Menu > Settings > Rest.fact.sett > options are settings only and All.

Here the Nokia phone owner will decide which one.

Your point is right with the option "settings only".

But if the option is "All", you need definitely to backup.

So it is best always to suggest to backup if anyone does not lose personal data.

So if the user selects "All" the result is similar to performing a soft reset on a smartphone?
