My name is Wayne Michael Spillett, I’ve been involved with Nokia Support Discussions since the summer of 2007 – I began as a moderator and quickly rose to running the moderator team alongside Vandelay. At the beginning of 2010, I was involved other projects within Nokia Care until June 2010 when I returned to Discussions, partly to again oversee moderation activity and partly as a member of the specialist team monitoring Discussions for feedback important to improving Nokia and Ovi services and to provide news of solutions to the issues encountered by users when we receive it from the development teams. From April 2011, I am the new Community Manager for the Nokia Care global team, with overall responsibility for Nokia Support Discussions.
